Your figures stay on your device

Everything you type into PennySpan is saved on your own device, in your browser's storage. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it. There are no accounts, cookies, analytics, adverts or trackers.

The app's security settings only allow it to load its own files. It cannot send your figures anywhere.

What our web host sees

When you open or update the app, your device downloads the app's files from our web host, Cloudflare. Like any website, the host processes technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver the files and protect against abuse. We do not use this to identify you. Cloudflare's own privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Your purchase

Your order is handled by the shop you bought from, such as Etsy or Payhip, under its own privacy notice. We receive the order details needed to deliver PennySpan and to help if something goes wrong.

Backup files

A backup file you save contains your figures. It is yours: keep it somewhere safe, and only share it with people you trust.

To ask a question or use your data protection rights, message us through the shop you bought from. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
